  4. New Service Offering: We offer additional services such as deep cleaning, inside oven cleaning, inside fridge cleaning, window cleaning, and more. These can be added to your booking for an extra fee. 
  5. Promotional Discounts:  We offer discounts for recurring services: 20% off for weekly cleaning, 15% off for biweekly cleaning, and 10% off for monthly cleaning.
  6. Refund policy:All services are non-refundable. However, if you are not satisfied, we will re-clean your space for free. 
  7. Cancellation policy: You must cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours before your appointment. If you cancel within 48 hours, you will be charged 50% of the service fee. Rescheduling within 24 hours incurs a $35 fee.
