- Promotional Discounts: We offer discounts for recurring services: 20% off for weekly cleaning, 15% off for biweekly cleaning, and 10% off for monthly cleaning.
- Refund policy:All services are non-refundable. However, if you are not satisfied, we will re-clean your space for free.
- Cancellation policy: You must cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours before your appointment. If you cancel within 48 hours, you will be charged 50% of the service fee. Rescheduling within 24 hours incurs a $35 fee.
