  1. Introduction

       1.1 These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern the provision of cleaning services by Petramaids to the client. All contracts that the provider may enter into from time to time(for the provision of the provider’s services) shall be governed by this terms and conditions, and the provider will ask the customer for the customer’s written acceptance of these terms and conditions before providing(any such services) to the customer.

       1.2 By engaging our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

  1. Services

       2.1 The Company agrees to provide cleaning services as requested by the Client and as outlined in the Service Agreement.

       2.2 Services may include but are not limited to:

  • House cleaning
  • Rental & Airbnb cleaning
  • Maid service
  • Post-construction cleaning
  • General house cleaning

       2.3 The scope, frequency, and specific tasks will be detailed in the Service Agreement.

  1. Access to Premises

       3.1 The Client must provide the Company’s personnel with access to the premises at the agreed times.

       3.2 Failure to provide access at the scheduled time will result in a cancellation fee as outlined in Section 8.

  1. Payment Terms

       4.1 The Client agrees to pay for the Services as per the rates specified in the Service Agreement.

       4.2 Invoices will be issued monthly and are payable within 14 days from the date of the invoice.

       4.3 Late payments will incur a fee of [late fee percentage] per month on the outstanding balance.

  1. Client Responsibilities

       5.1 The Client must:

  • Loss or damage to unsecured valuables.

       7.2 The Company’s liability is limited to the value of the Service provided on the date of the incident.

  1. Cancellations and Rescheduling

       8.1 The Client must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a service appointment.

       8.2 Failure to provide the required notice will result in a cancellation fee of [cancellation fee amount].

  1. Termination

       9.1 Either party may terminate the Service Agreement by providing 30 days’ written notice.

       9.2 The Company may terminate the agreement immediately if the Client breaches any terms and fails to remedy the breach within 7 days of notice.

     11.1 Any disputes arising under these Terms will be resolved through good faith negotiations.
